When I first started working on Wondering Staffroom, the goal was simple: Create a free, anonymous, and genuinely helpful tool for teachers around the world to share and compare salary packages.

Too often, salary transparency — especially in international teaching — is hidden behind paywalls, private groups, or unreliable word-of-mouth. I wanted to change that, by building something open and community-driven.

Today, I'm thrilled to share that we've passed over 140 real salary submissions! 🎉 It’s been amazing to see the community come together to help teachers make better, more informed career decisions.
