What should I submit — monthly or annual?
Monthly salary is best. Submit the amount you were paid per month (before tax), plus benefits such as housing, flights, tuition and medical.
Can I submit more than one package?
Yes. Current roles, previous jobs, and even offers you declined all help build a more useful dataset.
What if my salary is split across two currencies?
No problem. Use the two-currency option and enter both amounts. We’ll store both and use approximate conversions for comparisons.
What makes a “useful” submission?
Country, city, role, year, salary, currency and a quick note on housing/flights/tuition. The goal is “helpful context”, not perfection.
